1. About the service

ZloY VPN is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service using the VLESS protocol with Reality technology. The service provides traffic encryption and censorship bypass. Service management is available through the web dashboard at vpn.pixel24x7.life.

The service is provided by Pixel24x7 (hereinafter "Administration", "we"). Using the service means full agreement with these terms.

2. Registration and account

To use ZloY VPN, you must create an account by providing a valid email and password. By registering, you confirm:

• The email provided belongs to you or you have the right to use it
• Your password will be stored securely and not shared with third parties
• You are responsible for the security of your account

One person may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions is prohibited and may result in blocking all associated accounts.

3. Subscription and plans

ZloY VPN offers the following subscription plans:

Subscription rules:

• Payment — payment is made in cryptocurrency through the Capitalist.net payment system. USDT, BTC, ETH, TON, LTC are accepted
• Activation — subscription activates automatically after payment confirmation. This usually takes from 1 to 30 minutes depending on the blockchain
• Renewal — subscription does not renew automatically. You will be prompted to extend before expiry in the dashboard
• Accumulation — subscription days accumulate. If you pay before the current period expires, the new period is added to the remaining days
• Refunds — since payment is made in cryptocurrency, refunds are technically impossible after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use ZloY VPN only for lawful purposes. The service is designed to protect privacy and ensure freedom of access to information.

• Distributing malware, viruses, phishing links
• Conducting DDoS attacks or participating in botnets
• Accessing child pornography
• Fraud, scams, phishing
• Mass copyright infringement
• Selling or transferring VPN access to third parties (reselling without authorization)
• Using the service to circumvent sanctions in violation of applicable law
• Any activity that violates the law of your country of residence or the countries where servers are located

The Administration reserves the right to block accounts violating these rules without warning and without refund.

5. Devices and keys

The number of simultaneously connected devices is limited by your subscription plan (up to 5 devices on the Pro plan). You can create and delete VLESS keys in the dashboard at any time.

• VLESS key — a unique URI for connecting to the VPN server. Do not share it with third parties
• Device name — an arbitrary name for easy identification in the dashboard
• Server — you can choose any available server to connect to

If you exceed the device limit, you will need to delete an existing key before creating a new one.

6. Service level agreement (SLA)

ZloY VPN strives to provide maximum availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service level:

• Target Uptime: 99.9% per month
• Maintenance: planned work is carried out as needed. We try to minimize downtime
• Speed: connection speed is not guaranteed and depends on multiple factors (distance to server, channel load, provider)
• Support: technical support is provided by email. Response time — up to 48 hours on business days

We are not responsible for temporary outages caused by DDoS attacks on our infrastructure, provider failures, or planned updates.

7. Limitation of liability

ZloY VPN is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Administration is not responsible for:

• Content — we do not control and are not responsible for content you access through the VPN. All responsibility for consumed content lies with you
• Inability to access — we do not guarantee that any website or service will be accessible through the VPN. Individual services may block VPN provider IP addresses
• Speed — connection speed may vary and depends on many factors beyond our control
• Data leakage — despite using VLESS + Reality and AES-256, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against zero-day vulnerabilities or actions of state actors with unlimited resources
• Direct or indirect damages — including lost profits, data loss, business downtime, etc.

8. Account suspension

The Administration reserves the right to suspend or block account access in the following cases:

• Violation of terms of use (Section 4)
• Attempted hacking or unauthorized access to servers or other users' accounts
• Abuse complaints from third parties, confirmed by the Administration
• Fraudulent actions with the payment system
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

If blocked for reasons unrelated to terms violations (technical error, etc.), access will be restored as soon as possible.

9. Intellectual property

All website elements, design, text, logo, code, and software are intellectual property of Pixel24x7. Copying, distribution, or modification of service elements without written permission from the Administration is prohibited.

The name "ZloY VPN" and the logo are trademarks. Their use without permission is prohibited.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the service shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to terms

The Administration reserves the right to make changes to these terms of service. Material changes will be communicated to you through:

• Notification in the dashboard
• Email notification
• Updated date on this page

Continued use of the service after changes are made means your agreement with the updated terms.
